EMILY

I have worked at two different cafes, as a barista/service manager. I really enjoyed interacting with customers and making specialty coffee. I have been volunteering as a youth leader at my church for a while now. I love supporting the younger kids and encouraging their growth. I also have other experience working in pop up cafes and babysitting.

I love to be an encouragement and help others to reach their goals, persevere, and break down big tasks to make them less overwhelming. I love to be there for people living with disabilities, it brings me joy because I enjoy seeing people grow.

 

In my free time I love to be active and creative. I love to do outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, playing basketball, riding my bike and being out in nature. A couple of times I've even enjoyed hiking along the hyson trail near Victor Harbor. When it's cold outside, I like to spend my time baking, reading and writing music. I play guitar and sing folk style but enjoy many different genres. I have had the privilege of performing at a few different music festivals around Australia.
