LAURA

I've been a disability support worker for over 1.5 years. I've completed a Bachelor of Psychology at UniSA and I'm now doing my masters of Audiology at Flinders Uni. My study background and work both correlate with my passion and drive to help others. I feel it is my purpose to mentor or guide others through life! I'm also Deaf with 2 Cochlear Implants. So I also understand what it is like to be misunderstood and not as confident within oneself.

I love seeing people develop a stronger sense of being and recognising how strong they are! Support work is also a great way to meet a wide range of people from different backgrounds which opens your perspective to the world.

 

I love the beach, I love going for walks with a coffee in hand! Trying out new cafes or restaurants! I do salsa classes once a week! I also love the gym and I've been getting into running as of late!
